Welcome to Blooming Village Studios. By using our website, purchasing a membership or pass, making a reservation, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Our Services
Blooming Village Studios offers Yoga, The Play Nook, The Bloom Room, community events, workshops, and other wellness and community-based services.
Schedules, instructors, operating hours, pricing, services, and availability are subject to change.
Memberships & Passes
Membership benefits vary by plan. Members are responsible for reviewing the benefits, booking allowances, and limitations of their selected membership.
Memberships and passes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Additional billing, cancellation, and membership requirements are provided within the applicable membership agreement.
Reservations
Advance reservations are required for Yoga, The Play Nook, The Bloom Room, and other designated services and are subject to availability.
Our cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show requirements can be found in our Studio Policies.
The Play Nook
The Play Nook is available with eligible memberships and reservations and is subject to staffing, capacity, and availability.
A parent or legal guardian must remain inside Blooming Village Studios at all times while their child is using The Play Nook.
Parents and guardians must complete all required registration forms, agreements, and waivers before their child may participate.
The Bloom Room
The Bloom Room is a shared coworking and community space available during designated hours.
Access is based on the membership or reservation selected and is subject to availability. Members are expected to respect the space, studio property, staff, and other guests.
Waivers & Agreements
Participation in Blooming Village Studios services may require completion of applicable liability waivers, membership agreements, Play Nook registration forms, Parent Handbook acknowledgments, and other required documents.

Payments & Refunds
Prices and membership rates are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable membership, pass, event, or service agreement, purchases are non-refundable.
Studio Conduct
Blooming Village Studios is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and family-centered environment.
Unsafe, threatening, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Studio or suspension or termination of membership privileges.
