Our Studio Policies
Blooming Village Studios is a shared space for movement, play, productivity, and connection. A few simple policies help us keep our village safe, welcoming, and running smoothly.
Reservations
Advance reservations are required for Yoga, The Play Nook, and The Bloom Room and are subject to availability.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow plenty of time to check in and get settled—especially when checking a little one into The Play Nook.
Late entry is not permitted. For the safety and security of our members, children, and staff, studio doors are secured once class begins. Please plan to arrive early, as we are unable to reopen the doors or interrupt class for late arrivals
Cancellations & No-Shows
Life happens! If you can't make your reservation, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance so another member has an opportunity to take your spot. No charge within the 12 hour window.
Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a $10 fee. Repeated missed reservations may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges.
Studio Etiquette
Come as you are and be kind to the village around you.
Please silence phones during yoga, respect shared spaces, return props and equipment when finished, clean up after yourself, and treat our members, children, instructors, and staff with kindness and respect.
Blooming Village Studios reserves the right to restrict access when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, and experience of our community.
The Play Nook
The Play Nook is available with eligible memberships and requires an advance reservation.
A parent or legal guardian must remain inside Blooming Village Studios at all times while their child is in The Play Nook and must remain available if our team needs them.
For everyone's health and safety, children who are sick or showing signs of contagious illness should stay home.
Additional Play Nook policies, including check-in/out, health, safety, and participation requirements, are provided to parents before use.
Memberships
Membership benefits vary by plan and are subject to availability and reservation requirements.
Memberships are non-transferable, and unused monthly visits, credits, or guest passes do not roll over unless otherwise stated.
Membership cancellations require 30 days' notice. Membership fees already processed are non-refundable.
