Bre’s yoga journey began nearly seven years ago as a personal practice—a place to move, breathe, and reconnect with herself. When she enrolled in her 200-hour yoga teacher training, she didn’t go into it with plans to teach. She simply wanted to deepen her own practice and understanding of yoga. Somewhere along the way, that changed.

After completing her training in April 2026 with a foundation in Baptiste-inspired yoga, Bre discovered how much she loved creating space for others to experience yoga in a way that feels welcoming, accessible, and free of comparison.

As co-founder of Blooming Village Studios, Bre’s heart is in creating the kind of yoga space she believes more people need—one where you don’t have to be flexible, experienced, or look a certain way to belong. Her classes are centered around how a pose feels rather than how it looks, with options that allow each person to make the practice their own.

Whether she’s guiding a flow, chair yoga, or someone stepping onto a mat for the very first time, Bre hopes people leave feeling a little more grounded, a little more connected, and proud that they showed up for themselves.
